My ex wife has removed all my access rights to my children,do i still have to pay child maintainence to her ?

my ex has removed all my access rights to my children and i have since remarried and have a second family, i am not trying to shirk my responsibilities but this is causing me and my new family untold amounts of hardship i am quite happy to support my kids from both relationships but feel there must be a way of negotiating so both families have a comfortable life ....
