What is a good 1st car that has a small engine ( I4 or V6) that is fun to drive and not totally killer on insurance. Right now I am looking at a '97 BMW 318i. I would like RWD, so i can participate in autocross events... but FWD or AWD wouldn't be a deal breaker.
