tail party....4-7PM.... Is this a DINNER?

Cause so many people these days are not cultured enough to know that happy hour food is just finger food, just noshes, not a full meal. Next time you invite people for tails, you might want to make a point (especially to those who were heaping their plates last time) that dinner will NOT be provided, it is only a meet and mingle tail party. And if they continue to hog all the food just get used to the idea that you're going to run out of food and, oh well.
