Have visable blue/green vains all ove rmy legs they aren't varicose/spider they're just veins Question is...?

Is there ANY type of procedure that can be done to at least lessen the appearance of them? i'm only 20 years old and my legs are so horrible looking:( please if you have any idea of anything that can be done let me know, please
