What do u recommend for acne?

hey there ive had acne since i was about 13 now im 17. And still suffer from it. I went to a derm and he prescribed to me some antibiotics called doxycycline and im on week 5 now but he told me to keep using it but im seeing no improvements what so ever. Here is a pic of my left cheek since thats where i have it most. What kind of acne is this and what do yall recommend, Do u think accutane will help this out?
