You shouldnt ask him out again because he obviously doesn't want to right now. But you should still be friends with him and try to hangout with him even more and stay flirty with him and joke around and stuff like that. That will turn his attention from other girls and make him turn to you for anything. Then, if you keep this up, he'll eventually like you over all the other girls, and then you ask him out, if he doesnt ask you first!
