If a cure was found for AIDS, , Hearth Disease etc, do you think we would ever hear of it?

The Pharmaceutical industry depends on human misery for their profits and under the current system if they were to actually solve any of these problems they would loose money so what do you think, will they ever cure anything or continue peddling their "feel good" medicines?
