Am i Suffering from something serious?

i have trouble swallowing solid food. been to many doctors and all say something different. 1 says i have gerd and others say i have an infection in my ear sinus and throat. only been put on antibiotics once which made the nausea and vomiting go away. from an x ray it shows my throat is inflamed. i tell them i work at a brick manufacturing place. i work indoors where i am breathing clay dust all day long that does contain silica. but they haven told me if that is a contributing factor. the muscle on side of my neck is a little bit larger than my other side. i have no problems with swallowing liquids and on certain days i can get solid food down just have to take smaller bites and chew a bit longer before i swallow. the mucus in my mouth is thicker than normal and have a build up of something on my tongue. days that my ear hurts is when i really have a hard time swallowing others is if i have a lot of mucus draining down my throat. i feel tired and fatigued have headaches, lost 25 lbs in weight so far. but yet don't really feel as hungry as i should. thers also times it feels like my heart jumps a beat but its right in the middle of my chest and not where the heart is. If any one knows whats going on let me know because apparently my doctors do not.
