I wan to lose wight in a healthy way!! I eat about 1200-1300 calories a day and i am starting to take apple cider vinegar before my meals and flaxseed. My weekly activity is jog 5 miles 6x a week, bosu cl 2x a week, aerobics step 2x a week, bicycle 20 min 3x a week, jump rope 3x a week, crunches, squats. what else can i do to lose weight. Is their anything anyone can recommend??? please thank you
