Do Roman Catholics in the UK resent that the UK monarch cannot marry them?

There are 13.4 million Roman Catholics in the UK...and they are specifically prohibited from being married to anyone who wants to be the monarch of the UK. The act doesn't exclude anyone but them, do they resent this as the reason for the prohibition seems to be moot now?
