Why's it so easy for black guys to get white girls?

At first, I thought nothing of it. Hella diverse societies are bound to mix one way or another. Then I noticed it's like everywhere. Is there like a universal wiring that attracts these two people together? Besides white girls being totally submissive and easy to manipulate, especially if you're a black guy! Also, alot of the white girls I see with black guys are not bombshells, alot of them are kinda, fat!
