When and how can i get my 19 daughter and baby safly away from the oy freind &his mother she is sceard to lea?

my daughter is living with her boy friend with there 5 mounth old baby,she has a house of her own but still isent gettin the babys money and says she has lost the birth certifecat so she hasent been able to get babys money. all so i told my daughter i would take some of her things to her house for her ,but she had to snek me the keys ,and she said she is not allowed to speak to me or come with me to take her things to her house because if she does ,when she gets back to the boy friends house they wont let her in and will go to the police and say that she has left the baby with the father and they told my daughter that she will have to fight to get him back ,they wont let my daughter let me see her baby because ,my daughters sister all so went out with 1 off the brothers she allso has a baby ,i have got her a nice place were she is now very happy and safe ,but that family have said because i wont let my daughter go back out with the older brother then they wont let me she her baby the two brothers are 18 years and the other brother is 20 i saved 1 daughter because he was treating her bad hitting her biteing her face, every day he upset her hit her for 1 year ,my other daughter is 19 but she is sceard to leave ,i told her to make shure she has the birth certifecat in her bag ,i told her to leave him she would have to make it look like she was poping to the librarire which is just down the road ,i told her to just take 1 bottle and 1 nappy to make it look like she woudent be long when she when out ut she is sceard to in case they find her and take the baby off her,I told my daughter i would pick her up andwe would go to the police as soon as i picked her up to tell them what they have said to my daughter and how they are bribing us , my daughters boy friend does not no wherei live and he does not no where my other daughter lives ,ihave told her she can stay with us ,were she will be abil to bath when she needs to not when they say she can , al so my daughter said that when she makes up a bottle for the baby in the kitching the boy friends mum comes and slams the kitchin door ,all so when my daughter is feeding her baby his bottle in the bed room the boy friends mum comes and slams the door,my daughter says it makes her fell like crying ,and some times she has to ask if she can take her baby to the shop when she goes shopping the shop is 10 doors a way ,all so , my daughters baby has a cradle to sleep in ,and becuse she doesent have a nuf money to live on which is only �4250 every weeks she doesent have a nuf to by a cot the boy friends mum has a good income but wont get a cot i got a cot but my daughter is not allowed to have it ,my daughter say she hasent washed her hair for 3 weeks .I all so think they have taken the babys birth certifecat . how can i get her a way from that family is there any think i could tell her that would help her not to be sceard to leave please help .
