PC power requirements - Line amperage?

I'm toying with the idea of buying a dual graphics card equipped "state-of-the-art" PC. In reviewing specs, some of the top end cards state 70 amps. The reviews say these things can draw well over 500 Watts, with recommended power supply units at 1000W or more. And I don't think that even included the motherboard, memory, HD, and peripherals So. What kind of circuit and breaker/fuse would I need in my home for this monster? I think the largest fuse I've got is 20 A. (on a 110VAC.) (excluding furnace & dryer's 220V lines)
