From what authority does the TSA have the right to search/pat down every penger?

Actually with so many ways to travel it doesn't hinder your ability to do so. You just won't be permitted to fly. Your right to travel hasn't been infringed upon but you are inconvenienced in the speed with which you get to reach your destination. Nothing anywhere grants you the right to travel via the conveyance you my wish to use. You only get the right to travel. So your ertion that by limiting your mode of travel via inspections you don't feel you should have to bear is somehow un Constitutional is false. Thereby making your entire argument false.
