Do you have to be a certain age to enter bronx sports bar on carnival valor?

i am going to be on carnival valor during a playoff game i do NOT want to miss. so for those of you who have been on this cruise, do i have to be 18 to enter the restraunt? i know its called a sports bar, but so are many restraunts that have tables i can sit at, like fam. restraunts. is this sports bar literally a bar, or does it HAVE a bar but also have tables. can i go in and watch a game? im 14.
