Could I be pregnant ?

I had on my highest ovulation day, that was 5 days ago. Im just wondering..... What will happen within the time of conception ? Like once the egg implants ? I've been having some stomach cramps & im having sharpe pains in my .. Could this just be my period coming on ? Because thats what it feels like, but nothing.. I go to the toilet thinking I have my period but its just alot of thick white discharge.
